Couldn’t be happier with this project. Waited a lot of years and could only hope to find the right contractor, and I did! Great people to work with and did a great job. I am sure we will be doing business in the future. Thanks BLACKLINE!!

Blackline asphalt removed my concrete driveway and replaced with a new asphalt driveway. They damaged multiple areas of the driveway including hitting my house. They promised to return the following spring once snow melted to correct. When I contacted them to correct they refused and requested I seek an attorney if I wish for anything to be fixed. As of early this year, grass is now growing through the asphalt since they did not lay it properly. Multiple neighbors witnessed the rushed job, with one having knowledge in this field. He stated they skipped steps that were absolutely needed. Grass destroying the driveway was promised not to have happened with the new driveway by the company. Once I reached out with this new issue, they once again told me to seek legal counsel and refused to honor their word. I have multiple supporting pictures as well for all listed below. 1. They hit the side of my house with some machinery / object. 2. There are several marks & indentations from machines creating water & ice pockets - HUGE health and safety hazard. 3. There are other areas of noticeable marks from machinery as well. 4. There are rolling lines all along both sides of the house. 5. They in-properly laid the asphalt in which grass is growing through it. 6. There are MULTIPLE areas of clumped asphalt. 7. They were aware the pavers needed to be moved to have even lining, yet they asphalted them in the in the pavers temporary placing. 8. The lining in the front of the house is not even at all. They could have made mention that I need to move landscaping or they would just sloppily lay around it. 9. There are multiple little pockets (maybe the start of cracks?) along where the driveway meets the house.

My job was done Very Poorly and I contacted Blackline Many times and was promised that my driveway would be fixed! Soft, cracking and water puddles all over. The worst part is that I got blown off for almost 2 yrs and was promised to get a replace or repair Never happened!! I was Very patient on getting a resolution and was ignored I contacted an attorney and decided to "eat the loss" based on the attempts to resolve I Will Never Ever recommend Blackline Buyer be aware!! Happy to discuss this review and delete if Blackline wants to fix my driveway Otherwise, never Blackline!!

Would not recommend, as a small business owner myself. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable!! In this for short term profit!! Would Not hire!

Poor quality of work and even worse communication.
