We contacted Lance, the owner of this business in may of 2018 to get a quote for our garage floor. We received the quote and talked with him regarding getting it done this summer. My husband contacted him in July and Lance wanted to come the following weekend. We informed him we would be leaving for the week on vacation that weekend and he agreed that we would set up a time when we returned. My husband called him when we returned and left a message on his voicemail. No response for a week. He called again the following week, left a message. No response for another week. The 3rd week of no response I called his number and he answered. I explained that we had been trying to reach him regarding this job. He said that he had texted us multiple times. He texted our home phone. I asked him when he would like to do the job and he said he was just too busy. My husband got on the phone and asked him when he could do this job for us and expressed that he was frustrated that we received no response from him. Lance told my husband it wasn't his problem and he didnt have the time and hung up on us. He comes to do the quotes in a Lewis construction truck, the company he works for but does these jobs on the side. Therefore his is giving his employer a bad name. Lewis construction is a very reputable company and I dont think they would appreciate the way this man is representing them and their company. We now have had time wasted when this job could have been done already.
