Mad City Windows & Baths of Wausau

Ryan B. installed our new shower. I could not asked for a better person than him! With our house being old, he ran into a lot of obstacles, but worked through each one explaining each step to us along the way. His work ethic and craftsmanship is a 10/10! The pictures show our old shower and the new one. It looks like a new bathroom. We are looking forward to having him (hopefully) on our second bathroom later this fall. Thanks Ryan!!

We had Mad City come twice this year first to do our north windows which amounted to three windows and we managed to get that paid for. Then we had a very nice salesman come and he made us feel pretty confident in him to do the other four windows as long as we could defer payments for one year with no interest sounded good. Photos

Wow, wow, wow! So happy with the entire process of working with these guys from start to finish. Will was our first contact and he explained everything very upfront and ensured that we got something we would love that would fit our budget after just buying a house. Next came Gary the inspector. He was also very thorough and told me exactly what to expect. Then came installation, Larry was super friendly and worked both quickly, and gave me so many choices on how I wanted everything placed. Did I mention everyone was on time, follow up with calls to make sure there were no questions? And lastly, Mitchell gave a last call just to make sure everything was how we wanted it. Super company! Will be calling again for the kitchen and windows too!

The sales presentation was very thorough. My salesman (I think his name was Justin) was very knowledgeable about his product and was even willing to answer questions about other areas of my house. This was NOT a "high-pressure sales" experience. Measurements were very detailed and thorough, and things were mentioned that I wasn't even aware of, such as the replacement tub being a different size requiring an extra piece to be installed at the bottom of the new tub to cover what would have been a gap in the flooring. The installation began exactly when I was told it would, and took a little more than one day to finish. We hadn't previously discussed placement to grab handles so Mad City called me during install to ask where I wanted them. I left it up to their experience and they did a great job with that also. There were several different terms for financing offered, which kept the monthly cost going forward very manageable. I researched the average cost of the work I got done and the final price seems to be in line with that average, so I don't feel I was overcharged in any way. Having Mad City do this work was a positive experience, and I would recommend them again.
