Excellent quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail! From the bathroom to the flooring, to the stairs, Ryan’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly showed in every aspect of the project. The quality of his work speaks for itself. After long days filled with sawing, hammering, and nonstop progress, the entire crew still took the time each night to clean up their workspace. That extra effort didn’t go unnoticed. It reminded me of the Boy Scout motto, “Leave No Trace”—respect the space, take pride in your work, and leave things better than you found them. 👏 Truly appreciate the professionalism, discipline, pride, staying on schedule, and attention to detail this crew brought to our home every single day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We built our home with NorthStar Builds last year and couldn’t be happier with the result. The entire process was organized and smooth, and the quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. John was outstanding with communication from start to finish — always clear, responsive, and proactive. Hadleigh was incredibly helpful throughout the design process and made everything feel cohesive and well thought out. Matt did an incredible job on the stonework for our fireplace; it’s truly a centerpiece in our home and one of our favorite features. Jimi and Shawn’s craftsmanship and communication also stood out — their attention to detail and pride in their work really show throughout the house. We would build with NorthStar Builds again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

We recently completed another project with Northstar Builds and couldn't be happier. The planning with John and Hadleigh for our new pantry went extremely well and the execution by the crew was awesome as well. Whenever we had concerns, they were addressed and it was always first priority to make sure we were happy as the customer. The threads and risers for the stairway were replaced from the previous remodeling. Larry did an excellent job, communicated with us and John so the job was done correctly. We are very pleased thanks NorthStar.

They are without a doubt the best in the industry and put the rest of the companies in the Midwest to shame. From day one I was treated with compassion and patience following extreme smoke damage from a kitchen fire and by the end my house was restored so beautifully that it sold within days of being on the market. I received not only assistance with the restoration, but also with communication when my insurance company was extremely difficult and price mitigation so I could be financially secure. Every member of the team has earned my complete gratitude and respect and I recommend this company to anyone in need of any of the services they provide.
