Sure-Dry, LLC

Earlier this year, we had Sure Dry raise our main motel sidewalk. We were very happy with their company. On November 2-3 2025 the same crew returned to install drain tile and a sump pump system in our basement. We would like to thank Randy, Logan, and Austin for the fantastic work. Thank you Tim for the sales process and honest sales tactics. There was an unanticipated issue with plumbing and it was all taken care of by a professional plumber at no extra cost. They have the right experience, the best tools and years of experience. We highly recommend this very competent and experienced company.

Logan & Randy were my team and they did a truly wonderful job! They were both engaging, ensuring any questions were answered. Partway through, Randy showed me the work performed in the garage and Logan showed me the work outside. Again, both ensured I had no questions or issues. We all traded stories of our dogs and we all had some good laughs. I highly recommend this team! They both exemplify courteous and respectful behavior as well as a customer focused attitude.

Bradley the technician was friendly and easy to talk to and was very efficient at his job and was very willing to answer my questions and concerns. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing that my systems are working well after his inspection.

We had Sure Dry stabilize a sinking concrete patio a couple months ago and did a great job for us. We asked the crew if they could stabilize a couple driveway slabs that moved up and down and seal some cracks. The crew said yes and added they’d possibly be the ones to come back and do that. As it turned out they were. From the two photos you can see the neat and professional job they did. They arrived as scheduled and finished up ahead of their estimated time. The guys were friendly and professional. They cleaned up the work area when they were done. We’d have them back again if they were needed for something. Highly recommend them.

Crew arrived on time. They did an excellent job of lifting and leveling slabs that were sunken. the joint sealing looks terrific!! The crew was very informative on the process and what they were doing. Glad I had Sure-Dry fix my concrete, looks like brand new. I recommend Sure-Dry to anyone who has concrete issues. Very professional.
