Kelmann Restoration

The Kelman crew who came to our house to clean up the water damage and mold did a fantastic job. They were very considerate of our home and did everything to keep the rest of the house clean by putting up tarp walls that sealed out the rest of the house. We would highly recommend them to anyone needed restoration after any damage. Thank you to Charlie, Jamar, Adrian, Alexander, and Francisco. You guys Rock!

Everyone at Kelmann Restoration was pleasant to work with. Our project took longer to complete than we think anyone anticipated. That might be customary for mitigation and rebuild jobs. Our Project Manager, Brian, was exceptional and kept things moving forward. Dale, one of the carpenters, was outstanding. Chad is now our favorite plumber, bar none. Mindy and Katie were very good at providing regular updates. We appreciated Dan for answering questions, especially anything that involved communicating with our claims adjuster. The cleaners, Maria and Angelica, were fantastic as were the content reset team members, Nancy and Leo to name a couple. We're very happy with the end result. This was our first mitigation and rebuild experience (and hopefully last 😉). We didn't know what costs to expect, but think they were competitive. We appreciate the value of service and work for what was paid. We recommend and would engage them again in future.

Some before and after pictures of the phenomenal work on my sewage flooded basement. So many amazing people made this happen, lead by project manager, Chris Streufert. So responsive to my questions and needs making this whole process incredibly smooth. Huge shout out to Uziel and Jerman who did much of the work! Extremely hard workers and so kind as well! Tom Kelly, the owner, could teach business owners across the board on how to hire the best possible, most competent employees – he has definitely done just that!

Kelmann Restoration did a fantastic job in restoring our basement following the flooding rains that hit our area in August. The entire team including Justin Judy and Bryan Anderson were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. The clean up crew, the painter, and the sub-contractors they employed were excellent. Communication from Kelmann was a key to the success of the restoration. We can't say enough about the professionalism of this company and we would encourage people to contact Kelmann if they need restoration services.

I'd like to thank the wonderful team of ladies at Kelmann for their fantastic work on my basement. Rosario, Alejandra, Rosa and Luciana - you four are WONDERFUL! You went above and beyond what I'd expected, and not just with the mold mitigation. The basement has NEVER been this clean before!
