The store in west bend is clean and very organized. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Had to go to the West Bend service desk today for help with a special order door. Kyra greeted me and was so helpful and so friendly. She needed to get her supervisor involved to resolve my issue and I have to say best experience ever. Brittany was beyond helpful and so patient. There were lots of people calling her and the line at the service desk was increasing, yet she never got flustered and was so friendly and helpful. She resolved my issue in no time. Both employees were so great! Very impressed.

Tried to return a propack of quarter round stops…proved to be difficult. We purchased the wrong color and needed a darker one. We left the original packaging on, never unwrapped and came back to return. Whitney at the return desk said she couldn’t accept the propack because there was “paint on the ends”. See photo of said paint. This is how it comes off the shelf! We went to get a darker color of stops and the ends had the exact same paint! Educate your return department on wood returns.

I needed 50 pcs of 1 x 4 x 8 lumber and 20 pcs 1 x 4 x 10 lumber that is on the top level. Good not get one single person to bring it down and out to the truck. I was told it's self service! I should truck loads of wood across the store. Home depot across the street was glad to load up for me. At menards they said they have other things to do. I run a buisness so please tell what's more important than taking care of customers willing to spend money at your store. I will not be back!

Went to rent a pickup truck. First off, there's a deposit they don't tell you about until you rent it. Then, when none of our cards worked on the terminal we tried using them on, the staff pulled an attitude. We showed them that we had money in our accounts, and that their terminal somehow charged and refunded one card. The manager kept saying it was an issue on our end. Avoid this Menards at all costs.
