I have done a lot of business with this company in the past few years and cannot say enough about the products they carry as well as the services they offer. I am based out of Wauwatosa, but I will go out of my way to do business with them. From the friendly staff, to the knowledge of the products they carry, I never hesitate to call with questions. They have come out to sites to help troubleshoot problems, as well as offer valuable guidance when new products are being used. From homeowners looking to do their own projects, to companies looking for a reliable vendor, Unique Supply is an invaluable resource.

I am posting 3 stars for this company. We started our outdoor living space process in April, received the rendering at the end of June, and are still waiting to receive pricing. The communication was not what we would have expected but I’m giving Unique supply 3 stars because the rendering was beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but everything else has been really slow service. We really wish we could have got this project going in June but will have to wait another 10 months now to be able to enjoy the investment since the colder months are creeping in. My recommendation is to make sure you start your project in January with Unique Supply if you plan on a summer project, as it'll take months to receive renderings/pricing for your project.

Called and set up a quote. Saleman arrived on time and was very prompt with quote.this is where everything got weird. I was never given a option or spread sheet of possible block they offer, was simply told they don't have my current block anymore. Then when I showed him the repair wall he seemed very uninterested, almost baffled at what to do or say. He took his measurements and walked around for a few minutes then said he will email me the quote with a few days. Needless to say I never got a quote or a call. I tried following up twice but to no prevail. If he wasn't interested in the job as it was a smaller wall then just say that because now i have to start over the call and quote process.
