Ace Hardware is the place to go when you want the job done right the 1st time. Very friendly helpful people. I would like to see a little more " inflation fighting" to help the customers. The Quality of products & the selection &service is unsurpassed however.

I rented a lift from ace whitewater. The battery wasn't fully charged, and no plug to plug it in. We couldn't get it to operate, there were no instruction even though they wouldn't have helped bcuz it just didn't work. A store employee came to help and he couldn't figure it out either and said, it shld hv never been rented out. We got it to work about 15 minutes, then our contractor was stranded 30 feet in the air for half an hour- without any safety harness which they also failed to provide. The contractor cost us 220 dollars while trying to use this machine. The store supervisor, Jessica simply said basically, too bad so sad. I would stay away from Ace to avoid the hassle and lack of customer service

I only shop their when absolutely necessary. Their prices are crazy high.

I rented a lift here no one came out of the store after i paid for the rental to help me hook it up or show me anything about the operating it.after i got it home a nd read the instructions it would not work it was level bit the battery was only showing 25 perc charge i then looked where to plug it in and you have to have a special plug called store they were going to look for it in the mean time i tried to get it to work called store mike said he was coming over with cord after about 10 minutes of screwing around got the ground control to work but not the controls in the basket another few minutes they started working got the contractor in the air finally he got about 10 minutes of work done then mike shows up no cord or safety equipment mike leaves no help there.contractor goes back to work 5 min later controls dont work in basket again called store was told mike was busy left no .10min no cal back got ground controls to work again nothing in basket though got contractor down folded it up took it.contr cost me 220 dollars and ace with there faulty equipment told me theres a clause on the back of the contract that says as is so beware they can rent you faulty equipment and you have to pay everyone

I ordered something online and they cancelled it without notifying me. I wasted an hour round trip in the car for nothing. I haven’t checked my credit card bill yet but it wouldn’t surprise me if they charged me anyway, given that they never formally cancelled the order but just told me verbally when I got here that they’d cancelled it and couldn’t explain why. This place sucks.
